This hotel provides luxurious amenities that truly fulfil all exclusive needs of its guests. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. We enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor area with sun loungers, and the Spa & Wellness Centre provided beauty treatments, manicures and pedicures and a steam room. The restaurant had excellent food with a wide range of diverse choices, and the room advantages were superb.
Although overall, this hotel was exceptional in all aspects, we encountered one minor issue. The location was a bit isolated, which made it hard to get to the city centre.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city makes it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers great variety and quality. The staff is attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant stay.
The fitness center could use more equipment for a better workout experience.

The food was delicious, with lots of variety to suit all ages and tastes. The bathroom in the room was exceptional, with both a handheld and overhead rain shower available. the staff was at times very prompt and attentive to our needs.
The location was not ideal. It was a bit out of the way and in a busy building area, which made it difficult to get around.

We spent our Christmas holidays in this hotel and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner included in our package. The bathroom was well-appointed, and we loved the hand-held and overhead shower options. Desserts served during the meals were incredible and one could sense the expert dessert chef at work. The hotel is located near a busy building area and a few blocks from the city center, which allowed us to explore the city on foot.
The room had an unpleasant smell that persisted even after we informed the staff and they attempted to fix it. the beds were not comfortable, and the staff seemed too busy to help us with this issue.

The hotel had a great location in the centre with easy transportation. The staff was exceptional, always ready to help out with a smile. I enjoyed the clean room and hotel facilities. Breakfast had excellent variety and diversity to suit all taste.
